Shipping policy

Alexandra Beth ships domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our New York showroom.

Most in-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Custom, made-to-order, resized, or special order pieces may require additional production time, which will be confirmed by our team.

Domestic orders ship via UPS. Available shipping options and estimated transit times will be shown at checkout.

International orders ship via express carrier for a flat rate of $150. International transit typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, though delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Once a package has been marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Alexandra Beth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
